Patterns are digital files, delivered as soon as you pay, so they cannot be sent back. LittleDaintyLoops does not refund a pattern you have already downloaded simply because you changed your mind.

If a pattern is missing pages, will not open, or is not what the listing described, write to LittleDaintyLoops and they will put it right or refund you.
